Allowing our customers to book and schedule their own appointments should make arranging repairs a little more manageable.    Our sole purpose is to provide an affordable option for our customers. In many cases, we charge for labor only, allowing the customer to purchase materials with no mark up. We allow our customers to schedule the services they need, directly from our booking calendar.

Billing & Payment Policy

*Company policies –Customers are billed by invoice. All payments are final. No refunds. A deposit may be required. If a deposit is needed, it will be due before the project starts. In some instances, all materials needed for completion of projects must be present before any work will commence. Payment for services will be due at completion of work. Payment terms and conditions are included on your estimate and invoice. Acceptable payment methods are cash, Debit Card, PayPal, Visa & Master Card, Zelle, Venmo, and Acorn finance.

Once we provide an estimate, contact your insurance company and make sure the repair that you need is covered under your policy. Submit the estimate to the insurance company. Ask them for step-by-step instructions, and the timeline for payment. 

All of our estimates include a fully detailed scope of the work to be completed. You will receive a estimate via email with a breakdown of the cost and time estimated for your project.

We let our customers schedule and book service appointments according to their own needs. Our booking calendar is interactive. It allows customers to choose the day and time that works for them. It also shows the days and times that we are already booked, allowing the customers to choose what time slots are available.
